We will put together a customized sponsorship package that fits your needs. But, here are what some options and sponsorship levels would look like for the season:

  • Maximum exposure for the entire season with Zia Rides!
  • Zia Rides Website – your logo prominently displayed for each event and on the main landing page – highlighted as the presenting/title sponsor
  • Zia Rides e-Newsletter – your logo and webpage link in monthly e-newsletter with the ability to add content (10,000+ distribution)
  • Event t-shirt – Your logo displayed at the top of t-shirt sponsors next to the Zia Rides logo – larger than all other logos
  • Event Poster – your logo featured as the presenting sponsor on the event posters – not just one in the list
  • Facebook and Social Media – Provide content to Zia Rides’ Facebook and other social media prior to each event
  • Logo on racer number plates
  • Race e-mails – Plugs on race e-mails to racers – with links to your website
  • Race packet – Whatever you want us to put in the race packet (given to every racer)

SINGLE EVENT SPONSORSHIP – SUPPORT A SINGLE EVENT

  • Exposure for a single event with Zia Rides!

  • Event t-shirt – small logo on event t-shirt for the single event
  • Demo space – 10 x 10 demo space in expo area for the event
  • Camping – 1 Primo camping space in race staging area for the event
  • On-site displays – Your banner in staging area or on course for the event
  • Mic mentions at the event – just give us your talking points

    • VENDOR/EXHIBITOR (VARIES PER EVENT)

    Put together a team of your own and race at one of our events. This a great way to get exposure for your business and have fun! Reserved camping/parking spot up close to the action, promo cards in packets (if you want), and a 10×10 exhibit space in vendor area (if you want), and give us your talking points for mic shout-outs at the event.

    CORPORATE RACE TEAM (VARIES PER EVENT)

    At our events, we often hold fun activities for racers and their families. Some past ideas include a wine and cheese hour, pre-race yoga, kids pinata, huffy toss, various bike games, racer dinner, band sponsor, free kids bike race… the options are limitless. If you have a cool idea in mind, we can create an activity. The sponsor would be named in all advertising of the activity. Depending on the amount of cash, there’s a possibility for your logo on our event t-shirt, jersey, and website.

    SPONSOR AN ACTIVITY (VARIES)

    At our events, we often hold fun activities for racers and their families. Some past ideas include a wine and cheese hour, pre-race yoga, kids pinata, huffy toss, various bike games, racer dinner, band sponsor, free kids bike race… the options are limitless. If you have a cool idea in mind, we can create an activity. The sponsor would be named in all advertising of the activity. Depending on the amount of cash, there’s a possibility for your logo on our event t-shirt, jersey, and website.

    SPONSOR A COURSE STATION (VARIES)

    Would you rather invest in your time, energy and supplies in bringing the party to an event? Then think of sponsoring a course station. Bring the party and create a course station with a theme or activity – donut station, tiki-party station, bacon station, a solar powered keggerator, Twinkie station, Coke station, etc. Bring us your ideas! In addition to food or drink, the station will be provided with water and first aid, music, and lights. You just provide the volunteers and supplies that you need for your theme. The really swank stations gets lots of blog and photo coverage after the race by racers.

    IN-KIND SPONSORSHIP (VARIES)

    Perhaps you want to donate goods or services that Zia Rides could use. If so, contact us with ideas. For items that Zia Rides would need to purchase otherwise (swag, t-shirts, water bottles, food, race supplies, etc), we will recognize the full value of the donation, and apply it to the sponsorship levels above.
